HR Michael began his career in the early seventies with the opportunity of joining a real estate and insurance agency in
Cheraw, South Carolina.
After years of service, he was made a partner in the company and continued to lead there until 1984. Realizing his goal to start his own business, in December 1984 Michael and Associates was born.
From it's humble beginnings in a one room office, MAI has grown into several South Carolina locations.
Their services include real estate sales and rentals, and personal & commercial insurance products.
